A Workshop for Career Professionals on Developing as Leaders and Supporting Career Exploration

Join us for our Winter 2026 Program, featuring two professional development sessions that will support both your leadership growth and your work with students/alumni. Participants will gain practical tools, insights, and opportunities for discussion to enhance professional growth and strengthen career decision-making support.
In the first session, Gerald Tang, Executive Director of the Career Services and Internships Office at Bridgewater University, will explore what it means to be a leader in career services and share actionable steps for developing as leader within the field.
And in the second session, Francesca Fanelli, LMHC, Senior Associate Director of of Graduate Career Development at Columbia University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, will host a workshop on strategies to support conducting one-on-one career exploration sessions between coaches and students.
